Steps
- Brew espresso
- Heat and froth milk
- Stir maple + vanilla into espresso
- Pour milk over top

Iced Honey Cinnamon Latte
What you’ll need
• Shot espresso
• Ice
• 6 oz milk
• 1 tbsp honey
• Pinch of cinnamon
Steps
- Stir honey into hot espresso
- Fill glass with ice
- Add milk
- Pour espresso over
- Sprinkle cinnamon

Sparkling Cold Brew (AKA The Alaxandra)
What you’ll need
• 4 oz cold brew concentrate
• 4 oz sparkling water/Italian soda
• Ice
• Orange peel
Steps
- Fill glass with ice
- Add tonic water
- Slowly pour cold brew over top
- Garnish with orange peel
- (add a splash of cream - Optional)

What you’ll need

• 1 tbsp chocolate syrup (or melted dark chocolate)
Steps
- Mix chocolate into espresso
- Add steamed milk
